Elemite is a naturally mined rock dust consisting of multiple minerals that are beneficial to agriculture and the soil. Our Elemite is an OMRI listed natural soil amendment that was formed thousands of years ago and is superior to Azomite. It is a soft phyllosilicate (clay mineral) containing 66+ minerals that help maintain soil fertility, adding trace elements and increasing the Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC), while helping retain water building soil structure and also reducing soil salinity. It can be applied in liquid or dry form depending on conditions and equipment.

Direction of Use:
Vegetable Gardens & Flower Beds:
New gardens – apply 5kg per 10 square meter and thoroughly mix into the top 10cm of soil. For new transplants, add 1-2 tsp. per hole, mix into soil and water in well. To feed established plants in 30liter of soil, side dress 1/4-1/2cup once per grow season; or 1-2 tsp each month during the growing season.
Trees & Shrubs:
Spread 1 kg. per 5-10cm of trunk diameter around the base outwards to the drip line, mix into soil and water in well.
Containers:
For new plantings, add 1-2 tbsp. per gallon (4 Liters) of soil and mix thoroughly or add 5kg per cubic meter of soil. For established plants, lightly mix 1-2 tbsp. (per gallon of soil) into the soil surface once each month during the growing season.
